Dongpo Pork

Amazing Dish----- Dongpo Pork!
Dongpo pork is one of the most famous Hangzhou' s dish. The name of this dish is one of the greatest poets in Chinese History. He was travel to Hangzhou and was loved by the local people. Those local people know he like to eat prok so they invented a pork dish which named Dongpo pork. 

The meat should be so tender that you can quite easily pry it away in small pieces with 
chopstick. As it is made from a slab of pork belly, there is a lot of fat, but the lengthy 
cooking time results in fat sans much of its greasiness.
This dish is red and sweet which is acceptable
in for Hangzhou people. This is quite usual that almost every Hangzhou restaurants can supply.


The magic ingrediant of the Dongpo Pork is the spice is the tea leaves. It can decrease the terrible taste of raw pork. This makes the dish more delisious. Its excellent to eat with rice.
