Hotpot of Sichuan, China

Today I would like to recommend a unique traditional Chinese food - Hotpot, which is created by people in Southwestern China, more specifically, Sichuan and Chongqing. People could add all the materials and food that they like into the hot boiling water to cook. Eating the hotpot in winter could help people defend the cold. Moreover, eating hotpot is also a traditional Chinese way to have meeting with family or friends. Not only is it a way to eat, it is also a significant social activities for Chinese people. There are also numbers of hotpot restaurant in Sydney. If u are interested in, I am pleasure to recommend a good one.
