zhajiangmian noodle

I will like to introduce a chinese noodle called Zhajiangmian today, this food is from Beijing cuisine. Zhajiangmian is a really simple noodle but its is really delicious. noodles in soybean paste, is a Chinese dish consisting of thick wheat noodles topped with zhajiang sauce, and the sauce is taste like salt and little bit sweet, when you placing the source you will ass some cucumber and some carrot.
because this is a really simple chinese cuisine so you can make it at home.
if you can to try this noodle you can go to China town there have some Beijing food restaurant, they are pretty amazing.
